This blog post has been a loooong time coming, and I’m SO excited to spill the secret I’ve been keeping for literally months now. If you’ve wondered why Blog Beautifully has been quieter than normal as of late, I’m about to explain why (and what I’ve been up to over the past six months!)
As you can probably guess from the title…
I’m starting a new business!!
I’ve been pouring myself into this project since last December and the day has FINALLY come when I share it with you. In this post, I’ll tell you all about my new business, the inspiration behind starting it, how you can get involved, and what’s happening to Blog Beautifully moving forward.
I hope you’re as excited as I am (hint: mega excited)! Let’s get into aaaaall the juicy deetz…
My new business & personal brand
My new business’s virtual home will be kristadickson.com, and my new website is officially launching on June 1st (wahoo!). This will be my first time officially stepping out as a personal brand under my own name, and I’m really excited to explore everything that comes along with that.
What is the Krista Dickson brand about? My goal is to help female entrepreneurs achieve the success, abundance, and joy-filled life and business they’ve been yearning for, without having to work 7 days a week, 16 hours a day, and falling into the dreaded burnout and overwhelm.
I’ll be presenting an alternative approach to entrepreneurship that’s centered around manifestation, energy work, mindset, and self-care, versus “hustle”, long work days, and sacrificing your personal life for your business.
If you’re a coach, consultant, course creator, or service provider (photographer, designer, social media manager), I want to help you become a magnet for the success, abundance, and lifestyle that you deserve — sans the “hustle” mentality that’s become waaaay too popular these days.
On the Krista Dickson blog, I’ll be sharing manifestation exercises, money mindset tips, magnetism and energy work practices, tips for embodying your future self and raising your energetic vibration, self-care rituals, and soooo much more.
My Reasons for Starting This New Business
Like I mentioned earlier, this blog post and announcement has been a long time coming. And that’s because this entire BUSINESS has been a long time coming!
For the past year or so, I’ve been feeling called to switch things up and do something more with my life and business than what I had been doing. But up until this past January, I wasn’t exactly sure what that would look like. I was receiving all of these signs and messages that it was time for me to step into something new, but it took MONTHS of soul searching before I was able to uncover what that would look like for me.
If you’re on my email list or you follow me on social media, you’ve probably heard me talk about manifestation and some of my more “woo-woo” interests over the past couple of years. I even tried incorporating those topics into Blog Beautifully around the middle of last year, but as much as I tried to make it work, something just didn’t feel right.
Earlier this year I realized that those topics deserved their own home and that I was ready to step into my truth and let my light shine a little bit brighter. It was time for a new chapter to unfold, and I committed myself to honouring the guidance from my intuition and doing what I felt called to do. And the Krista Dickson brand was born!
What I’ve Been Working On The Past Few Months
Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of working with an AMAZING copywriter to create the gorgeous words for the KD homepage and About Me page. Her name is Cass and her website is wildspirit.co — she’s fantastic, definitely check her out!
Next up was the brand and website design, which I hired my beautiful and long-time friend Stefani from stefanijessica.com for. Over the past six weeks, she’s created a stunning, zen, very “me” website & brand that I’m soooo excited to share with you on Launch Day (more details about that below)!
My good friend Elley from elleymae.com has also been taking some gorgeous brand photography for me, along with managing my new Instagram account (how beautiful is the feed she’s curated for me?!)
I’ve also been creating tons of content for my new blog, a few awesome opt-in freebies (thanks to Alysha at basilandbark.com for your help with the design!), writing the KD newsletter for my new subscribers every Monday, and so much more. It’s been a lot of hard work, but truly a labor of love. <3
The Launch Day
To celebrate my new website and business, I’m hosting a Virtual Launch Party on Friday, June 1st, and you’re invited!!
Click here to RSVP for the launch party!
(It’s 100% virtual, there will be fun games & prizes, and you can come in your PJs with a glass of wine!)
In the meantime, if you feel aligned with the KD mission and what I’m setting out to do, I’d love for you to join my newsletter list so you can stay in the loop. Every Monday morning I send out a weekly newsletter called The KD Chronicle, where I share my best tips & strategies for manifesting the life and business of your dreams — no hustle, 16-hour work days, or mental breakdowns required.
You can subscribe to The KD Chronicle newsletter by clicking here.
I’ve also created a free 7-step manifesting guide that will walk you through a super actionable process for manifesting more clients, customers, abundance, and anything else that your pretty little heart desires…

What’s Happening to Blog Beautifully?
When I announced my new business on my Instagram, I received a ton of questions and concerned messages regarding Blog Beautifully.
Have no fear, my friends! I have no intentions of shutting down BB. However, with that being said, I will be focusing most of my time and attention on my new business in the coming months, so you probably won’t see me around here as often as normal (which I hope is understandable).
The BB archives are filled with tons of super valuable blog posts that will continue to serve and educate you ladies as you continue to grow, so I’m not too worried about taking this break! 🙂
To finish up this post, I just want to say a HUGE thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love and support over these past few years. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you!
